Foods that you should eat to have a younger looking skin

Exposing your skin to sun will accelerate the skin's aging process so you should wear a sunscreen to protect your skin from the outside in. But it's not just enough you also need to protect your skin from the inside out by eating healthy foods such as strawberry, tomatoes, tofu and tuna. Eating foods that are rich in vitamin C such as strawberries may help to prevent wrinkles and age-related dryness. Tomatoes have a lycopene, a carotenoid that may help to keep your skin smooth. Foods that are rich in isoflavones like tofu and other soyfoods may help to preserve skin firming collagen. Tuna and other omega-3 rich fish, such as salmon and sardines may help keep skin looking youthful because of the omega-3 fat EPA that preserve collagen.
